If you can provide an electronic signature, please save the file and send as an email attachment. If you wish to fax the documents, our fax number is +1(207) 535-6601. We need the documents a MINIMUM of 7 days prior to your shipment. Note that we must be contracted well in advance of 7 days for more complicated countries requiring blood testing, import permits, consulate stamps, international clearance and delivery, Fish and Wildlife processing, etc..
